"Came here this morning for just a breakfast sandwich. Nothing else. The second the man hands me my bag and I drive off... You'd think they put some weed in my bag. The smell of marijuana was SO strong. I started taking the sandwich out the bag and the entire wrapper is just this strong stench of marijuana residue. It's everywhere !! Now most people might joke and say they'd like that but not.me. I do not smoke. I do not like smell of smoke. I do not want my FOOD to taste like whatever the cook was smoking. I am extremely disgusted. The smell is all over the hands now. I couldn't even finish my sandwich. Last time I will ever get food from here."
"When you order online, takes one second for this place to charge your card, but when the store is closed and it's Sonic fault the store is closed and you cannot get your order - it takes over one week to get your money refunded to your card. WILL NOT USE THIS PLACE AGAIN"
"Just went there for a quick snack and one of their amazing drinks. They have the best cheese sticks of any fast food restaurant out there. Also, their breakfast burritos are really good. If you go during happy hour you can get their amazing slushies at a stupidly low price."
"The woman in drive thru was short with me and rude. I waited 10 min for a mini shake and ice water. My shake was made wrong not even what I ordered, I never got my ice water when I tried asking about it she was extremely rude talking about me to a coworker and said just a min. I just left cause I already waited too long."
"I ordered on the app when to pick up at the stall. The lady handed me a drink that was filled past the cup and had the drink was pooled on top of the lid. When she handed it to me it spilled over my car, my leg, and shorts. The lady didn't say sorry she just said "here!" Handed the rest of my other. I got home to look. The tots were not a large size, there weren't even filled. Then I looked in my car seat, there was oil on my seat. The inside of the tots cup has oil pooling I'm it and it leaked all the way through. Then the bacon toaster looked so sad. All the bacon looked burnt and shriveled. Not Even placed correctly in the sandwich. 2 slices were sitting outside the sandwich. Idk what's going on.... Sonic needs to get it together"
