Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went to this location on a Sunday night. There did not appear to be an adult in the entire restaurant. The restaurant was run by teenagers. The floor was slippery with no wet floor sign to be found. Almost slipped and fell several times. Took entirely too long to receive the food, and it was subpar to say the absolute least. The fries tasted old and burnt. The bacon on the cheeseburger appeared raw. There was something questionable in the oreo blizzard, no idea what it was, but it was a reddish brown color. Spoons were placed on the uncleaned counter then were going to be placed in the ice cream until I asked for them to not be placed in the ice cream. After the ice cream was made, the workers started yelling “go wash your hands before you make anymore blizzards”. I do not know why they were saying this, but it definitely made me feel uneasy. To top everything off there was a bug floating in my drink. Needless to say, something needs to be done with this restaurant. Will not be returning. Don’t waste your time or money."

"Waited inside for service, they were only working the window. Someone else had come in and left tired of waiting on service. Very pricey too. My blizzard would not have passed the upsidedown test when handed to me either. Will not rush back there anytime soon."

"We ordered our food and looked for a clean table. It was barely noon and all of the tables and seats were dirty. We were the only customers inside as everyone else was going through drive through. We finally found a corner of a table that wasn’t dirty. The people in the kitchen were not wearing hairnets. So, needless to say, we will not visit there again inside or out."

"Ordered food went to go sit and a cockroach crawled across the floor. I smashed it and told the guy and he said there wasn’t any way I showed it to him and he left it laying on the floor. I didn’t have an appetite after that. I was disgusted I will not eat here again."

"Ordered curbside and when I arrived, the phone was "off the hook" so I had to walk inside to get my order. After waiting a while some kid came over and I had to show him my order twice because they couldn't find it. Finally he brought me my order and when I arrived home, 2 of the the burgers were prepared wrong (1 plainer and 1 no peppercorn sauce) and the kids won't eat them so it was just a big waste of money. Also, no ice in the drinks. The email confirmation says to call the same number as the curbside number and it just says no one is available. I should've just burnt a $50 bill because this DQ is horrible and apparently doesn't care about their customers. We will never be back and only live 5 minutes down the road."
