"We ran into an issue with our order, I called and the manager immediately made it right and was so gracious. Despite our initial order being take out, he had our order remade and delivered to our door within 20 minutes. Although I hate I had to call in with a complaint, it was so nice to be met with a courteous manager and refreshing customer service."

"Marco's Pizza is the spot for the best pizza and wings. I'm not a huge fan of their deserts, but that's just my personal opinion. This isn't the spot to sit and eat. It's small plus it's usually busy with customers inside of the store waiting for their orders. And outside as well since it has a drive-through. The day that I ordered, through doordash, may I add, the app wasn't working on their end, and I had to wait an extra about 25 minutes for my order to get done. In this situation, it was the apps fault, not theirs. The employees, although they were super busy, they figured out how to make the situation better. So great customer service! This is a great spot and usually on point with your orders. If not, they will find how to resolve it. Just be patient."

"Marco’s Pizza used to be so good! Better that Pizza Hut, Domino’s, everyone! And then… they became popular, not only the quality is gone but there is a no customer service, not good not bad, it just doesn’t exist… Keep in mind this pizza was supposed to have Pepperoni…. Was the size of breakfast sausages, cold, not crispy (thin), just not worth it anymore, now the price is too high compared to the other massive companies because there is not a difference between Marcos and the $6.99 pizza from Dominos and others… Banana peppers look huge next to whatever that “Pepperoni” is."
