"Staff members were polite but the food was mediocre. Pasta bowl wasn’t cooked all the way through vegetables were basically raw. I understand it’s fast food Pizza but for being fast food pizza it was pretty bad. Stick with Papa John’s or Dominoes."
"If I can give 0 star. I will. Many times I ordered here, never get impressed. The waiting time online was inaccurate. It had never same wiring time that you can see on the online. It was always longer than online estimate!!! I was lesson learned, this time I ordered hours ahead, BUT WHEN I WENT TO THE STORE…..” OH…WE ARE OUT OF INGREDIENTS”!!! Excuse me, you don’t have the way to tell customer ahead?? So they don’t need to come to the store? Or they can order some where else? Also, customer service here is below zero!!! NEVEREVER AGAIN TO ORDER PIZZA HERE AND ALSO NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE!!!"
"Today I learned never to order from this Pizza Hut on a Friday evening. Staff appeared to be doing the best they could but they were extremely understaffed for the amount of business they were having. Major failure of management. Carry out order was supposed to be done in 60 minutes but took another 30 minutes after arriving. That appeared to be the case for at least 10 other customers waiting."

"My Friday order from Pizza Hut was ready by the time I reached the store—impressive speed. The unique pizza box design caught my eye, and the pizza itself was delicious. Although the parking lot posed a challenge for finding a spot, that's not on them. Overall, a great experience."
