"Staff will walk right by you and not say a word. Needed help w a piece of furniture, stated in stock but nobody wanted to actually take the time and LOOK for said item. Instead I had to hear about how full back dock was and it was probably in those pallets somewhere. Who says that!? We won't be back. Ever."
"I love this Big Lots! This store is always neat and clean. It is always fully stocked and that includes specialty/gourmet foods! The customer service is outstanding. Ruth the front end employee is professional and a pure joy to chit chat with, keeps the line moving!"
"I found everything I needed today. I purchased 2 outdoor lounge chairs and 1 outdoor sitting chair. I requested help getting them to the front. The woman sent to help me had an attitude. I heard her complaining as she rounded the corner. She told me twice that most people put them on a buggy. I couldn't see myself doing that successfully. The young man at the register was friendly and efficient. I love the chairs. They were reasonably priced and I have been having trouble finding them elsewhere. How could I manage the chairs in a regular buggy?"

"A BIG Big Lots in comparison to the one in Beaufort. I have visited this one before and at that time it seemed to have more items in stock; seasonal change over may have been occurring this time. Still many items at excellent prices to choose from. Thing with Big Lots you have to check back off often, if i lived in the area I would. Friendly ,helpful staff."
