"Summer was my server and she was very politie and attentive. She noticed the cooks shorted me 1 wing and had them make a few extra to make up for it. Definitely shows they pay attention to their orders and customers. Will definitely stop in again while traveling through the area!"

"This place was horrible!! The service and the food were not great. We came in (13 of us) @6:15pm 1/21/24 and the restaurant was not busy and had plenty of servers. Our server Christabel however was not in a great mood and seemed like we were taking up her time, and burdening her with our orders. We didnt really mind as long as our food was good so we just kept it going. We ordered our food around 5:30 and didnt receive our appetizer (with our food) until 6:30. Some of our food was warm(not hot) while the rest was cold and not seasoned at all. I personally asked for 10 wings and asked with two sauces which the server wrote down and didn't say anything else , when my food came out they only did the garlic rub, and i asked abt the lemon pepper wings i asked for , the server said she can only do one sauce (the girl next to me asked for 10 and got 2 flavors) so she said that she would bring me some lemon pepper , so she brought a small cup with…. Lemon pepper SEASONING (the powder) . Its 7:45 and we just go the check.. that we asked for 40 mins ago. Never again ."

"I went to Hooters on my lunch break. I called in and placed my order with the automated service (which is genius by the way). Upon my arrival, I was promptly greeted by one of the Hooter girls. She told me to see the server at the bar so I did (because I had a pick up order) The server at the bar was busy assisting other guests before she asked me about my order. She went over to the cook and asked about my order and then returned to me and informed me that they were out of onion rings. (Red flag number one) So then she asked would I like waffle fries or curly fries. I chose the curly fries. She then proceeds to to check me out, I sign the merchant copy and leave quickly because I'm still on my lunch break. Well, whenever I got to my car, I checked my fries to see if they were even hot. Nope. (Red flag #2) To top it all off, this was my first time ever going to Hooters. I'm disappointed because not only was I hungry, but I was cheated out of food that I paid my hard earned money for. If you get food from here, do it at your own risk. (I ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich, grilled with onion rings) I got the sandwich fresh but my fries were cold."

"If I'm being honest this was my first time eating at a Hooters even though I've drank at Hooters before. Their wings are definitely underrated because they were seasoned and juicy, I just wish they were fried a little harder. They also brought the wrong wings out first and had to make more. However the fried shrimp wasn't good at all, no seasoning, lightly fried with such a thin coat that you could see the whole shrimp through the breading. My fries came out super cold and had to be taken back. The drinks were both really bad and watered down and the nachos while the cheese sauce was good there was such a small amount in comparison to the chips that it didn't make sense. (Even the small amount of chicken they could've removed half of the chips and it might not have evened out still). We had to order more and still didn't have enough. The ratio was all off. Our server was training so we got the short end of the stick that night and it was a bit disappointing. I watched the server in training talk to her friend in the corner, sit down, rub on her friend and talk on the phone while our food died in the window."

"Terrible experience at Hooters Savannah last night! We decided to give it a try after about 10 yrs + since our last visit, and it will be awhile before we visit again. One order was completely wrong, after the wings were corrected and we received all 3 orders, we had to wait 30 mins or better to receive our fries. After my overpriced beer mug sat empty, I finally had to pause eating the wings while waiting on our fries, after asking twice about them. So we ended up eating our cold wings with hot fries some 30+ mins later. $75 for 3 wing orders, 2 beer mugs and 2 soft drinks with comped fries.. our last visit for awhile!"
