"Stopped by as I was craving "southern" food during my first visit to Savannah. I ordered the shrimp & grits, cornbread, and the homemade candy bars. The most memorable dish was the candy bars! I wasn't crazy about the other two, but that was solely personal preference. Service was quick and loved the overall vibe of the restaurant."

"The best Macaroni and cheese I’ve had at a restaurant in sometime. The award wings were great and the drinks also. I’ve also had the burger. Not in this picture but that’s also sooo freaking good. Nothing fancy and over done just an all American burger BUT great flavor."

"I am 100% going to start off with the dessert first... because OMG the Candy Bars are all you need. Let me just tell you that from this point on, any other candy bar I ever come across for the rest of my life has SO much to live up too! There is a specific woman who comes in and freshly makes them every morning, and she has a special touch for desserts! My mind is absolutely blown away by how good they were!!! Now for everything else, very good!!! This has been on my list for a while now, and what I can say is MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A RESERVATION! They do not play around when it comes to this, they do take walk-ins, but I promise you will be waiting a good minute so just go ahead and make the reservation! We got drinks before we were sat at our table, the bartender was great and made really good drinks! We started with the Charcuterie Board, which I highly recommend, but it does change often, so they will explain what they have that night. For Entrees, I got the Market Fish, which happened ro be Catfish, and it was great! I'm used to more flavor in the batter for Catfish, but they lay it over a creamed corn and succotach, which was Amazing! My boyfriend had the Pork Shank, and that came on a bed of rosemary grits that were amazing! We got 3 sides to split and they were the Mac n Cheese, Cheese Grits, and Butter Brown Potatoes. They were all good but I definitely felt like they lacked some flavor, again, still very good. Kyara was our server and she was absolutely amazing and so so sweet! Full of great recommendations and we are so glad we finally came here!"

"One of the best meals that I had in Savannah! Although it was the furthest out from where I was staying, Cotton & Rye was worth it. I wasn’t too hungry so we did appetizers. Shrimp & Grits starter- 10/10 Absolutely delicious! They baked it like a Mac and cheese and the flavors were delicious. Make sure you order it. Award Winning Chicken Wings - 10/10! The wings were crispy and flavorful! They were not too spicy but they had a great balance between sweet and savory. This is a must try! Buttermilk Cornbread - 9/10. The honey butter was delicious and the cornbread was warm and had good texture and flavor. All the portions were good! I left full. It was busy on a Saturday evening so we sat at the bar because we didn’t have reservations. We still got pretty quick service and got to see the bartender in action!"

"Reservation for 6 on Wednesday @ 7pm. Sat immediately at 7pm. Party was seated in the very cool looking vault room. It was private & fun atmosphere for our first dinner in Savannah. Service by waitress & entire wait staff was exceptional. Food was delicious. Great evening & I definitely recommend."
