"Ordered a pizza for delivery. The time for delivery kept changing. Until it was over an hour later. Then when I called to get a refund, she simply told me orders take a long time even though I was told that it would be delivered on time. And I only got a 80% refund definitely not ordering from here again. She claimed the pizza would still be delivered. I guess we’ll see."
"This has to be the Worst, I mean Worst pizza joint in the city. The service Sucks more than the chick working on the corner across the street. Not to mention when did it take more than an hour for pizza to cook in a fast food setting? Rude staff, only worried about daily gossip with other teens and such. Needs to shutdown and restart."
"I came in on Friday, 12-15-23, at about 11:00 am to pick up a very large order, 30+ Pizzas, and everything was perfect. DeAndre was friendly and offered excellent customer service surly worth more than $15 an hour! He helped me stack the pizzas in manageable loads and ensure every pizza was ready on time. My students fully enjoyed the pizza…it was fresh and cut well. Thanks DeAndre for the amazing and dependable service! *sorry if I spelled your name wrong*"
"I have yet to have a good experience here. They take forever with your order, forget you even ordered, and whenever I order online to try and bypass the eternal waiting game, I’m still somehow waiting or my order was messed up—even at quiet times. Ordered two pretzel crusts, opened the machine, and saw two regular crusts, so here I am currently waiting again. This place needs a serious overhaul."
"Had to wait for about 30 minutes beyond the time for my Portal Pick-up. I was given a complimentary drink for the delay. It was crowded when I walked and continued to fill out as waited outside. Order 3 pizzas in was completely wrong(should have checked before leaving). Try calling back but no one picked up. Call the corporate number same problem. Will order again due the price but will definitely check before leaving."
