Pizza Hut

"Do not support this particular location. They quite literally tried to steal my money. I ordered a pizza online for delivery. After I ordered, they said it wouldn't be delivered until 11:50pm. Keeping in mind, I placed the order at 7:40pm. Meaning about a 5 hour wait for this pizza. I tried calling multiple times to cancel, but they wouldn't answer. At 8:30 I got a text saying the pizza had been hand delivered to me. It had not received my order. I tried calling again but it seemed they had blocked my number as it no longer rang. However, when I tried calling them on my partners phone - it rang and they answered. An employee answered and when I asked to speak to her boss, her boss refused saying "She can't right now." and to call back tomorrow. I called back the next day, and as you can guess, no one answered. The location has since refused to acknowledge this and I have not received a refund despite asking for one days ago [again, online as the store will not answer me again.] Management refuses to speak to me. The people working at this location seem incompetent at best and thieves at worst."

"Ordered a pizza on phone, was told approximately 30 minutes for delivery. After 45 minutes I called again used the order status option could not find my phone number so passed me on to customer service who then passed me through to the store. Phone rang several times then disconnected. Called again, using new order option, when they answered I informed them that I was inquiring about my current order gave them my number and they informed me that the order was canceled and they would pass me on to the manager. Again rang several times then disconnected. This is the first pizza hut I have had any issues with in over 20 years across Canada and the US. Definitely do not recommend this franchise."

"Picking up an online order, there was only one person working while 4 others were on their phone and slacking off. The cashier was not very pleasant and seemed to be under the influence. When I got home (a 3-minute drive), the pizza was dry as can be and the crust was hard and tasteless. I would have done much better spending $23 on frozen, store bought pizzas. Very disappointing."

"Today was a bad experience. The cashier and the cook agured me down that my pizza wasn't burnt. It looked like this because it was cheese only on that side. Then the guy wanted to take a picture of the pizza to send to his manager and see what they would say."

"I ordered a pizza online, after about 2 hours it never came so I called. They told me I ordered wrong. Okay, so I reordered on the phone with the maniger. I waited another hour and 20 minutes again and then when I got my pizza, it was burnt up and not hot. Why should I get Service like this ? I asked for a refund, and she told me no. So Corporate contacted me and told me somebody will contact me at that store. no one have contacted me ,email me ,anything Look at this pizza and you tell me."
