Domino's Pizza

"I went in to pick up my pizza today and i was waiting for my order to be finished and once they had finished my pizza and they were going to put my pizza under the heated lights one of my items had fell to the other side into the trash can. One of the employees, a young man went around and picked it up and went to show it to another worker, an obese man of color. Then said to the young man that it was fine and to still give me the the item that had fell into the trashcan. Shame on you. How would you like to eat trash?"

"I placed a delivery order for one small and one medium pizza. I live 1.6 miles from their location and it took an hour and a half to get my pizza. Once I got the pizza it was room temperature like it sat for 45 mins on the counter. I had to walk out into the road to get it because the driver refused to pull into my driveway and when I handed him the cash he didn’t even ask if I needed/wanted change especially considering he didn’t deserve the tip. Definitely not satisfied."

"We ordered the food about an hour and a half ago. An hour ago, the app said it was out of the oven. We called to check the status since we have not received it yet. The woman who answered the phone was of no help and when we asked to speak to the manager, we were put on hold for about 15 minutes which was enough time for us to drive there. When we got there, the pizza was sitting on a rack with about 40 other pizzas waiting to be delivered by their single delivery driver. When we asked if it could be remade, they insisted that the pizza would have to be put at the bottom of the list and it would take another hour. We opted just to keep the cold pizza that we were waiting for and they only reimbursed the delivery fee. Very disappointed with the food and the service. If I could leave less than one star, I would."

"Well, I ordered a pizza online. I picked it up, got home, and opened the box. I guess they had the crackhead cutting pizza's again tonight. So if the next to the last bar on the online order tab is quality inspection. How did this get past it? There is not even sauce on half the pizza. There is one area where there is no sauce, no cheese. But yet it got past the quality inspector. To Mike the franchisee, your team needs to do better!! This is unacceptable, and I will find another pizza company to buy from. This was the second pizza in a row your team messed up."

"I ordered domino's on line. Large pizza 5 topping. I ordered extra hamburger in place of one of the toppings. When they gave me the pizza no exter hamburger on pizza.I waited another 10 minutes for them to heat up done hamburger to pour on top of pizza. When I got home the pizza was already cold( zI live about 7 minutes from store). Three of us had a slice and the taste was awful could not believe how bad it was I tried to call the store but no answer"
