"Management team sucks, pizza crust came out hard normally the pizza is the BEST on the menu but today while I was at my kid event it was horrible the male manager didn’t know what to do to help with the situation so we had to just eat hard pizza other than that my kids did enjoy themselves an had a great time more than likely I’ll probably won’t return back or maybe order pizza without paying more attention to see if the pizza crust is over baked but oh well, on a good note the teenagers that work they are so nice an good with customers service maybe one of them should become a manager to make sure their customers get the best experience ESPECIALLY WITH THE PIZZA for the kids!!!"
"We love going here for family time. The staff is always polite and friendly. The food is always very good. The place is very clean and the atmosphere is great for children."
"It's was fun but some games didn't work, they took away the robot band and put up digital screens, and there is no longer a play area for the kids. Basically a arcade with CC theme. Bring back the nostalgia and fun from our child hood and make it enjoyable again."
"My boys are very young so of course they still had a good time but there were a lot of games that were out of order. I was really disappointed. Luckily my 4 year old jumped from one to another even though I had to tell him so many times that it was out of order."
"The girls and I went for a birthday party. They had so much fun! The pizza is good and so is the salad bar. Of course they were scared of Chuck E himself but they loved the dance floor! Great place for kids. (For me personally, there were way too many kids running around which gave me a headache lol)."
