"I recently decided to try golf. I visited this store and was greeted by two salespeople, Annette and Earl. I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of professionalism and care. They patiently took the time ( two visits, mind you) to figure out which clubs suited me best. I really can't stress enough how helpful and patient they were, even giving little lessons along the way to help me make a really concise decision about which clubs would work best for me. This is now my go-to store for EVERYTHING golf. I definitely recommend this store!!!"

"My experience at the Commack store fell short of expectations. Despite bringing in my club for repair on their second day of operation, procedural confusion and a lack of communication persisted. After an eight-week wait, multiple inquiries, and a warehouse mishap, obtaining information about my club proved challenging. Upon finally retrieving my club, I encountered further disappointment when attempting to purchase a replacement putter cover. Despite my willingness to pay in cash, the unavailability of an SKU number rendered the transaction impossible. In contrast to my positive experiences at the Westbury store, the operational shortcomings at the Commack location have left a lasting negative impression. As a result, I'm compelled to seek alternative establishments for future golf-related needs."
