VSP will provide you with a workout plan so you don't have to wonder what to do next and Anthony & his team will be there to show you how to do the work out the proper way. They use an app to schedule your workouts so you can plan out your week (you don't have to worry about working around someone's schedule) and another app that provides your workouts for the day. It also keeps track of your gains and personal milestones which is a big plus. VSP is the place to go and I've looked around & tried other places with personal trainers. Anthony & his team goes above & beyond."
