"Went to get a new chain for my bike and he kicked me out after I asked why he was quoting me $250. To be fair to the guy, it had some surface rust on the sprockets, but all I wanted was a new chain because most of the other stuff on the bike was only a couple years old. He quoted me $250 to repair it, and when I asked why it was so expensive, he said that he didn't like working on rusty bikes and eventually told me to leave. He kicked me out of his store because I was asking questions."

I think if you give respect here you'll get back respect along with their expertise. The tuneup they did on my bike was truly beautiful, the best it has had in a very long time. "Professional and honest. Highly recommend. I got a cruiser bike for my birthday. However, the package was damaged. After I assembled the bike, I found noise at rear derailleur. It is frustrating to contact with the company so I decided to go to bike shop for repair. I’m glad I came to this shop."
