"My husband and I purchased a bracelet for my sister. A very beautiful, estate piece. Gold and diamonds, truly a one of a kind. My sister was delighted when she opened the gift on Christmas but after about a week, told us that it didn’t fit properly. Just a tad too tight on the wrist. We went back to Lemps, explained our situation and they said let’s see if we can’t fix this. They sent the bracelet off to a repair shop and after about 5 weeks called us and said the bracelet was ready. My sister and I went in, she tried it on and it fit beautifully. She was delighted.
