Skyview Terraces

"I'd like to begin this review by saying the leasing agents Jennifer & Amanda maintenance personnel Ehab, Jesus are great They do their best to fix your issues. Problems= they're Small Room/apartments They give you a huge Microwave which takes up majority of the Kitchen Space, There are NO CIELING LIGHTS. 2nd floor is NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE♿️. The HVAC system is Electric & balloons your electric bill. The flooring is bad and even with the slightest movement the tenants below us can hear your footsteps. Sounds of the Airplanes ✈️ are troublesome and give you issues while you sleep. You can't drill, hammer or mount anything on to the walls as per the Maintenance team. In the Summer Insects are everywhere Such as spiders in your home. If you open the window mosquitos, bee's come straight it. In the winter they have issues removing snow and Applying salt on the grounds which cause a lot of slips and falls. Also your MAIL BOX becomes Frozen and it becomes hard to open. Dogs are huge problem especially if your neighbors dog is a Pitbull, Rottweiler, Bull Mastiff. If 2 tenants come out at the same time 1 has to go back in to allow the not friendly/aggressive dog to pass. Security also needs to be implemented because they're Fire Alarms ring for hours and no one pays attention to it or addresses the problem. No one to ENFORCE the no dogs allowed near the pool, basketball court area. In the winter They do a Poor Job removing the snow from your home to Pathways & the parking lot. They're major issue is black ice. They don't salt the areas a lot. Amenities=SMALL Laundry room, Gym, A fused Basketball/Tennis Court. In the summer the Pool is open and has a life guard. You pay $80 for Spectrum Internet from a guy named Paul and $100+ for National Grid monthly regardless of if you don't use electricity."

"Convenient to Albany International Airport, local shopping centers, public transportation and plastic surgery facility with medical care facilities too. Mercedes-Benz dealers and Homeland Security-related services."

"Jennifer is a great property manager, she's really helpful and knows what she is doing. We've enjoyed living at Skyview Terrace, it was challenging to find a pet-friendly and budget-friendly apartment complex, in a good neighborhood. So when we found this place, we were pretty happy. And since we moved in, they even just installed a dog park!"

"Great location, great quite setting but unfortunately proposed amenities within former extended stay and suites converted into rental condominiums/ apartments complex are still in conversation finishing because not all offered amenities for the comfortable, joyful living accessible yet.
