"My fiancé and I moved into this apartment at the end of may of 2022. In building 5 apt1. We have had many problems since moving. From a noisy neighbor living above us.however at the beginning of 2023 we’ve had so many problems from the bathroom above us leaking into our bathroom. When we reported it and the maintenance guys came they say it wasn’t leaking, so every time it started leaking we made videos to show prove. Finally did the do something. But I took weeks and us constantly calling the maintenance number for something to be done. Maybe 2 weeks of that being fixed their was a flooding in the basement where the laundry room is. The water built up for weeks and started smelling. And the maintenance guys would come and clean up the water. They never closed the laundry room but left it open for the tenants to still use it. This continued for weeks and no one from the office reached out to use about the matter. The water was so much that I reached my front door so I went to the office and complained about the matter. Maybe two weeks after I started having trouble breathing and would be coughing uncontrollably in our master bedroom and couldn’t figure out why. One morning I woke up and as soon as I got off my bed I stepped into water which entered from the closet from the water that was flooded from the laundry room. When I checked inside of the closet there was so much water that was already soaked into the rug. To the point to where it started molding. Every that was in the closet floor was molded including my engagement and wedding dress. Everything was completely damaged due to the mold. I called the emergency maintenance number immediately to inform them about it. We had to move into our guest room for over 2 months because the mold smell was so bad. The only thing that was done at the time was to replace the dehumidifier( which by the way the blame us for the water built up since we didn’t have to dehumidifier in the room) a week went by the the rugs was still wet so I went back to the office and informed the assistant manager about the matter. The maintenance guys and put a big fan in the room and used arm and hammer mold to help with the smell. I ask the manager who will be covering the damages to all the stuff in our closet and we were told to reach out to our insurance. We did and the insurance say reach out back to the manager. We did and it’s been months before we got a response. There was over $14000 worth of damages and finally the manager reach out to us with a $3500 settlement. We refused it since it was a low blow offer. I ask if we can negotiate to where both parties was satisfied and I was told no that’s the offer take it or leave it. So I left it and told him I will be posting a review on the website to let anyone thinking to live here know what to expect and he went ahead to threaten to sue me for defamation so I told him if not defamation when it’s true and I have proof of everything, the manager than hanged up on me. ( if I had accepted the settlement I wouldn’t have been able to make this post.) so I took an over $14000 lost so anyone living here or thinking to live here what what kind of landlord you will have to deal with. I will be posting all of the photos I have. Unfortunately I have to live here for the next 6 months until our lease is up."

"Really nice in the inside after being remodeled. Nice and clean But a couple of apartments are haunted in the back area just a warning ask and make sure they don't give you that space. People don't stay in that particular area long. But other than that it's very nice and quiet FYI it's on 3rd floor with balcony in back"

"Wanted to give ZERO stars, but no option. This community has no functional rental office. Owner and maintenance guys are rude and non-professional. Owner neither answers calls nor available face to face as there is no rental office. NOT recommended for families with kids because the floors and walls super thin like paper and little sound is also highly audible for the neighbors. You end up getting complaint calls. Zero amenities for kids. PESTs are the biggest problem. Roaches are everywhere on the countertops especially. Garbage disposal is a terrible problem. Public transportation is horrible. The details on the apartment website are far from truth. NOT recommended at all."
