"New owners just bought this place. They raised the rent almost 100% and they refuse to trim the bushes, maintenance takes forever to fix anything and the walls are paper thin. The management cares about people parking on the grass but yet does not care that the no parking signs are rusted and falling over. There are always kids toys in the road and kids running around everywhere. Cars have recently been broken into yet management refuses to warn anyone about this. Colonie Police have reports about this. There is constantly garbage blowing over from price chopper and the place is extremely dated. Look elsewhere for the outrageous prices they are asking. They will raise your rent after you move in within a year. Im response to your comment, My family and I have zero idea who Kim is. She must be another new property manager who has never introduced herself. Regardless, we are moving out next month and will find somewhere much more affordable and worth the money. Kim, if you are the new apartment manager, there is no office on premises first of all and there is no way to reach anyone other than maintenance, who is unresponsive. My appliances are all broken and my basement here continues to flood and have mold. Cant wait to move out."

"I moved from NYC, and everyone welcomed me. My family and landlord have a great system to keep everyone's needs in check; it is super safe, has lots of major supermarkets and stores, and is very friendly and family-oriented. Apartments are spacious; you get two parking spaces plus visitors parking. The price is fair for the area."
