"Just dirty . Found a toe clipping on the floor garbage in the trash used napkin on the microwave hairs on tub and bathroom shelf. Worse thing was the heating / air conditioner. Just gross filters not cleaned and unit very dirty. I shut it off and didn't run it the whole time . No clock in room not even a pen or note pad."

"The A/C unit wasn’t plugged in so I looked around and there was no outlet that could accept the type of plug the A/C unit required. I tried to call the front desk… but the phone didn’t work! All I wanted was a fan to circulate some air because it was stuffy and slightly stinky in the room. The bathroom door didn’t have a door handle, it was just a hole in the sliding door that looked directly at the toilet! Our family booked this hotel because it listed an airport shuttle… as long as your flight isn’t before 6am, because that’s when the shuttle starts. Had to spend an extra $30 for a taxi. Good thing I wasn’t in the mood for a swim because all the other reviews list a pool out of order!"

"Front desk attendant Sarah was very welcoming, professional and helpful! Room was nice and clean. Free hot breakfast had a nice spread and very neat. Would stay here again."

"This is an okay hotel but don’t get put in Rm 227. There’s mildew and possibly mold in the shower ceiling that is due for repair. We asked to move to another room and the second room on the first was in worst condition. The location is great and the breakfast is decent."

"Rooms are dated and not clean. Bathroom faucet leaks and has very little pressure for hot water shower leaks as well shower head is not adjustable. Bedding is old and very used. Breakfast is subpar and usually cold as well as the courtesy coffee. Staff is rude especially the one wearing the blue hijab. For this being a Hilton property this is not good."
