"I have been very pleased with living at Liberty Pointe- of the the Marini Homes apartment buildings. The complex is always very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are big and very sound proof which is great! They are dog friendly and have a strict "clean up after your dog" policy which I respect. There is a lot of parking in the front and back of the building and is walkable to many different food and shopping spots. The one downfall is that the apartment building does not have many amenities. Other than that, I am very happy with my experience at Liberty Pointe over the past 4 years!"

"LIBERTY POINTE has been fantastic. Our daughter has been renting here for 2 years. The location is perfect for easy access to anything you need, or to from where you work, or go to school. The grounds, common areas, and apartments are immaculate and safe/secure. The on site gym is clean and one can get a great workout! Their maintenance staff are fast to respond and professional. Jeff Keays, of Marini Services, has been consistently Impressive in each and every aspect of our interactions with him. Hands down, Customer Service is what seperates Liberty Pointe and Jeff Keays from All other Rental Options, and levels of service!!! If you are in the Tri-Cities Region, I can't think of a better, more secure, cleaner, more accessabile location than Liberty Pointe."

"If you want a true luxury apartment, this is where you need to be!! Amazing neighborhood, perfectly manicured grounds, on-site gym, heat included, and more. You honestly get what you pay for.. and I can tell you, Marini spared no expense in building this community. Trust me, you won't regret leasing here. Even more important, Management always communicates important information in a timely fashion. Not to mention, you can do relatively everything from paying your rent to submitting work requests through the "Resident" App. Super happy I chose Liberty Pointe and honestly wish I had done so sooner."

"1500 For One Bedroom Apartment. Plus If You Have Pets 500 one time deposit and 300 Every-time you renew your lease. I seen this apartments they aren't that big of deal and you still have a person in top of you walking and making noise you can hear.... My Current house Has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, cover garage in slingerlands NY cost me 1350 with taxes. I was going to sell but after looking at the ridiculous price of apartments i change my mind. PEOPLE WAKE UP DONT RENT FROM THE PLACE."
