"The mechanic that came was very pleasant. He went right to work and checked the breaker box. And come to find out there was a reset button on the switch plate which I failed to see. "Michelle and Jennifer in the Main office are wonderful; always accommodating, pleasant, knowledgeable and go out of their way to guide you if you need special direction. The maintenance guys are Super efficient in fixing anything in your apartment or Townhouse, whether it is an Emergency or routine issues, while always being pleasant and friendly. They are all business. The ground keepers are very hard workers no matter what the weather, in terms of grooming the lawns to perfection, trimming the bushes and trees, while working in the sunshine, smokey haze from Canada, rain, and extreme heat conditions. In the winter they do an awesome job keeping our parking spots, driveways, and driving areas free of snow and ice by snowplowing and salting frequently, no matter what time of day or how miserable the snowfall, or the bitter cold temperatures. My husband and I have lived here for roughly 4 years and have had no issues with any of the tenants, our neighbors or their family and friends. Everyone is very friendly, neighborly, and quiet. *** We wish there were more parking spaces to accommodate visitors and medical professionals. *** Also, poopie bags are supplied for our four legged friends and every once in awhile Poop is left on the grass and in the doggie park. The only excuses are inconsideration and pure laziness of some of the tenants and/or people walking through our apartment complex with their dogs, and don't even reside here. *** On a happy note, I am handicapped and my husband would be lost if it weren't for the friendliness of all the neighbors he has met while walking our dog, Buddy. He has also met other people just by chatting between driveways and amongst other neighbors/tenants. Even though there is not much good on the news anymore for many different reasons, good people still do exist. We have experienced that first hand while living here."

"I live at a neighboring community managed by the same property owners. I like the addition of the playground and other amenities at Villas of Victor Apartments. In addition the the playground, they have added a nice patio, a dog park, and a putting green. If I wasn’t in walking distance and was looking for a different apartment, I’d consider Regency & Victor Villas Apartments."
