"Love this community, They shovel and keep the side walks free of snow. Scott is a great superintendent so you will always have a solution to any issue you may have. Very quiet and respectful community. They do have restrictions with dog breeds but most places do. I would say this is a hidden gem"

"Great Brook Apartments was a wonderful place to call home for two years. It’s tucked in the village of Victor close to walking paths, Auburn trail, and next to a municipal park with a playground and lodges. I would often walk into town for yoga or to visit the library. It was so peaceful and lots of beautiful trees surrounding the complex. I always felt safe and had kind neighbors. The most ruckus caused would be some neighbors on weekend evenings enjoying some drinks but was never at an unreasonable time. The walls are thin so keep this in mind. Sleeping with a fan helped a lot! The square footage and price was hard to beat! Scott was friendly and always on top of any maintenance requests."

"Worst place to live. Laundry rooms are dirty and washers and dryers do not work. Stephanie causes more problems than fixing the problems that exist."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. Let me list all of the reasons that this place is the biggest dumpster fire around. - Old, outdated and extremely narrow units - Electrical issues - Circuit breaker blows constantly/ air conditioner doesn't work blows circuit - Rude, unhelpful staff/ Stephaine will try to get you kicked out or try to have you help her kick other tenants out. Tammy and Adam will refuse any help if you call and ask questions regarding your lease and Tammy will hang up on you repeatedly. - Tore up our front lawn and left a muddy mess and giant hole for months - Unending threats/ threatening notes on door for bogus issues - Multiple occasions of flooding - Exploding pipes - Unauthorized entry - Broken front door lock - Broken/ leaking toilets - Dishwashers do not work properly - Filthy unkempt laundry rooms - washer/dryers will not wash/ dry your clothes - Unit never painted (only primed) - marks all over the walls. Looks filthy and can't be washed - Closet doors were/ still are busted even after having them "repaired" - Mail gets lost - you will receive an immediate eviction notice - Snow removal is a joke - they will trap you in or won't plow at all - Paper thin walls - 1/4" drywall with no insulation - Stephanie is the ONLY on site office personnel - she is often not working - Stephanie lives on the property. If you get locked out she will charge you $25 to take 5 seconds to unlock your door, then demand payment on the spot - Going month to month = getting screwed over and having your lease terminated IMMEDIATELY BEWARE! You get what you pay for. There's a reason it's the cheapest townhouses around."
