"No forks in the “Fully equipped kitchen.” The upholstery on the kitchen chairs was absolutely disgusting which made me think twice about sitting on the couch. The tables and chairs in the breakfast room are definitely showing signs of age. The hallway was a little grungy. This Hilton property needs to be refurbished. On a good note during check in Tyler had a very upbeat and positive attitude!"
"The room was spacious, clean and confertable. Price was affordable. Pool and hot tub area was very clean and nice. Staff super friendly and their breakfast was very good. The fresh fruit was ripe and delicious. Would definitely stay here again."
"A Comfort Inn and Suites with a Hilton label. Our room was uncomfortable, to say the least. The linens were soft, but the beds were in need of a serious upgrade! The pullout in the living room was just metal springs... no cushion, no support. The room overall was very run down and lacked the Hilton feel that I have had before. The service, however, was top notch from check in, to the complimentary continental breakfast and even the housekeeping. If only the property and the comfort matched the service. In closing, it should not have the Hilton Name. It would be a great Quality Inn and Suites. (See a few pictures below that illustrate said point)"
"Tough call on this one. Very friendly and helpful staff (10 out of 10 there). Nice, quiet location. Rooms are large but very dated and worn. Mattresses and pillows not so good either. However, I think this is reflected in the very reasonable rate. The reason I wouldn't return here is having FOX News (proven inaccurate and full of lies) playing in the breakfast room on a large, unavoidable TV, especially when it's full of young families. I suppose I could have requested the channel be changed but I shouldn't have to in a reputable establishment. Strictly my opinion."
"Im starting out this journey of trying out different hotels my first stop being this hotel. My stay consisted of three days throughout those days i was serviced everything i needed without any problems breakfast was very much good and had many options. I spent most the time at the pool and the weight room which was very clean and organized. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend to other people ."
