"I've been living at Auburn Creek for three years, and I want to share my disappointment and concerns about my experience here. When I first moved in, I was pretty happy with the place. The new buildings and amenities made the rent seem reasonable. But things changed when I renewed my lease for the following years. I've noticed that the management keeps raising the rent without giving any clear reasons. It's frustrating because they link these increases to random changes in the community, like adding speed bumps, just to justify higher rents. This has happened for three years in a row, resulting in a whopping 35% increase in rent during my time here. To make matters worse, there haven't been any improvements made to my apartment despite the rising rent. My living space remained the same, which was disappointing. I'm also not happy about the $90 fee they charge for Spectrum internet services. I found out that the same package is available directly from Spectrum for only $34.99. This pricing difference raises questions about transparency and fairness. Another big problem I faced during my stay at Auburn Creek Apartments was the living conditions on the second floor. No matter how low we set the thermostat, it was always a struggle to keep a comfortable temperature inside the apartment. This made it hard to sleep well and enjoy our living space. Due to all these issues, I had no choice but to move out. Before leaving, I met with the property manager, and she said I needed to replace four shades at $20 each, which I agreed to. However, when I received my security deposit back, I was surprised to find over $400 had been deducted without any notice or consent for supposed additional repairs and replacements. This unexpected deduction left me really disappointed, especially since the property manager initially seemed trustworthy. These practices reflect poorly on your establishment and create a negative impression for former residents like me. In conclusion, after my three years at Auburn Creek Apartments, I can't recommend this community to potential tenants. The continuous rent hikes, unclear pricing policies, mediocre living conditions, and surprise deductions from my deposit have really soured my experience as a resident."

"Having recently moved to Auburn Creek, the apartment was very clean upon arrival and maintenance needs addressed immediately. Landscaping is beautiful and well kept. Very pleased with amount of space including our porch and available storage. Love the dog park and friendly community! Highly recommend!"
