"I will only give this place a one star for the apartments and location. Other than that I have to say this is not a smoke free place like it states with HUD. There are many buildings that have some people still smoking inside apartments. So, if you have physical problems that you can't be around smoking I suggest never to come to Brewster Mews. And you can never find parking always full with cars and will have to walk from a long while until you get to your building. Good luck!"

"I have been "living" here since 2013 or there about. Anyway, I am disabled, and around the time of my disability, this joint was one of only two places for which I qualified. I call this so-called apartment complex a joint, since it has been POORLY MANAGED BY MJ PETERSEN. In essence, MJ Petersen does not care about the QUALITY of life here. They only care about maintaining full occupancy at any cost. The residents are treated like commodities nothing more. I would strongly advise anyone NOTto rent from them if they want to keep their sanity.."
"I was on a waiting list for quiet some time and was next on the list for an apartment. They sent me a letter to provide my income which I mailed to them. I called them SEVERAL times to see if they had received it only to get their voicemail EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! When I did finally call and get to speak to someone she SCREAMED at me saying that I was tying up their phone for actual tenants to call them! All I wanted to know was if they ever received my income verification! I received a letter in the mail yesterday telling me that they took me off the waiting list because they never received my income verification! They’re EXTREMELY nasty and NEVER answer their phone OR return calls to which I left SEVERAL messages! Way to run a business and treat a 100% disabled veteran!"
