"The city has predicted a snow storm for days now and not once has a plow been at the complex. I couldn’t enter the complex and called the emergency number 2 hours and 6 phone calls later and still no call back. I sat in my car for two hours waiting as the snow was coming down and no visibility until I gave up, left my car and walked to the complex in the middle of the snow storm. Union was plowed and plows were going by constantly as I sat and waited. Why do we pay rent when services we should receive aren’t given. This isn’t the first time this has happened but today is the worst of them. Their excuse was a driving ban but plows aren’t a part of that driving ban! There were many plows out at local business but not a single one here all day. Initial phone call was made around 4 pm it is now 9 pm and still no plow! If there was an emergency in one of the apartments no emergency vehicles would be able to get in."

"I lived here for a year and a half. Onboarding was a positive experience, my unit was transitioned to me in great shape, and I even had some items get delivered to the property before my move-in date, and management/maintenance was so kind in storing them for me. The grounds/amenities were well maintained and A+ with snow removal. The neighbors/fellow residents were kind and quiet. It was my best-renting experience until I had to move out mid-lease. The GM changed right after I left and this transition and after his departure, it has been nothing but miscommunication, unresponsiveness from the new GM, and being charged additional rent/fees that have been the equivalent of almost 3 months' rent. I got a notice saying I'd be sent to collections within 30 days of my final bill, yet the bill took a week to get to me by mail, two weeks of contacting the property with the only response being "read your lease agreement." When asked to escalate my concern, I was ignored. I leave this review in conjunction with an email to corporate hoping to get a resolution. ***I worked in housing management for ten years. I understand NYS housing law, accountability for my lease, and the legal responsibilities of a landlord. As someone in the industry, this experience has been sad and inequitable. 5 stars for my time as a resident, 0 stars for how I have been treated once I turned the keys in."

"Lived at Park Lane Villas apartments for the last two years and I truly enjoyed my time here. Very comfortable & spacious apartments, quiet community, & great amenities. Maintenance resolved any requests that were made promptly. Definitely recommend this apartment complex!"

"I have lived here for 1 1/2 years. I love it! In the summer the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The pool is wonderful and was heated nicely! My neighbors are all ages and very nice. I lived in the city before here. It is so quiet . I rarely hear the other tenants in my building. I rise early for work. The plows are out clearing the parking lot before I get out of bed! Some minor repairs needed were addressed within a day. Life is so nice here!"

"Apartments are OK. Walls are a little thin. But the worst thing is management. They are nice to your face to get you in and then once you rent they don't help you with anything. Had an issue with stink bugs and I told them I want them to get a pest guy here and they said they would call me/let me know. Never ended up hearing from them. Then my wife was going to be transferring her job to Binghamton NY and she couldn't take the job because they wouldn't let us out of our lease when we just started renting here (2 months in). Then management when I went down there to try and make a deal with them they lied to me just to get me out of the office and was like "O there is an older couple in a one bed that want a 2 bed on your side of the property. We will ask them and if they want they could take over your lease." I gave them my number and email then never heard from either. I went down there to ask for an update they manager told me "O I think they tried calling you 2 times but never got an answer." I never had any missed calls those 3 weeks nor emails. Winter is kind of bad too because maintenance takes FOREVER to plow. When our lease is up we wont be staying here. Make sure you look around before renting here. and only rent here if you must. Good things are its close to a lot of stuff and most people living here are pretty old so not much drama. But again look around."
