"Shown a nice apartment all done. Waited for the last tenant’s to move out. Nothing was cleaned. Bathroom painted the tile which doesn’t work. Ants, Squirrels in the ceiling. Balcony torn apart. It’s been a year nothing done. Moving out! This is not how you treat people! They were going to let me out of my lease but I’m a truck driver it’s hard to try to find a place on the road. Plus I’ve already put money into moving don’t have time and money to find another place.. Not renewing the lease."

"Absolutely the scummiest place to live. Landlords are creeps. Basement floods alot and then they just spot clean the sewage that seeps into the carpet and refuse to replace it. They shut off the water and expect you to deal with their problem of flooding. Sewage comes up from the bathtub...gross! They are foreign and dint speak good english so its almost impossible to communicate with them. All they care about is getting your money. DON'T LIVE HERE, YOU'LL REGRET IT!!!!!"

"I wish I could rate this 0 . I currently have been living here for about 2 years. If I had to means to move out sooner I would. When we first moved in everything seemed to be ok. It's a nice area and the apartments are pretty nice looking too. Shortly after moving in we realized that the carpet had not been changed but covered up with something to make it look clean and more spots started to appear as days wentry on . Are sliding glass door lock was broken since we moved in and it's yet to be fixed after 2 years! The landlord is a slum lord and he always rushes you off the phone and it takes him ages to even fix anything. The basements flood whenever it's heavy rain or when snow melts so he turns off the water (WITHOUT NOTICE) so it doesn't flood as much. It seems like there's never hot water either. If you could deal with the annoyances it's a good deal. Rent is low and includes everything but electric."

"This place may look too good to be true...and that is because it is! We were forced to leave two days before Christmas because of a flooding problem! Landlord only replaces carpet in a sewage backup situation and is basically a slum loard. Really slow on fixing day to day problems and garden apartments will food with sewage backup when there is heavy rain or with major snow melting and heavy rain mixed! Do not rent here! Landlord very difficult to talk to and very dismissive!"

"Really horrible experience for a first apartment. The basements flood every couple of years, badly, with sewage. The landlords actually broke our lease on us when this happened, and we were suddenly homeless two days before Christmas. They won't tell you the apartments flood, they just replace the carpet and re-rent the places out. You think it's a really great deal in a good area, but you'll be disappointed. Don't rent here. It's pretty awful all around."
