"I’m disappointed with the hotel, with a travel ban upon us and a blizzard outside we checked into the hotel 1. they ended up jacking up the prices of rooms knowing we would have no choice to pay more than usual prices weather restricted even when customers willing to help clean the rooms to avoid a wait due to short staff. 2nd Instead of helping out the customers that are now paying double the price per room for stay for supper knowing the travel restrictions were upon us. They decide to not have the Continental breakfast open and start selling out cup of soups for 5$ EACH! Even knowing there are children and without risking to go out in the blizzard no one wouldn’t have been able to eat. It’s such a shame that this hotel decided to take advantage of the situation instead of being there for its paying customers!!! We ended up paying 400+tax a night where the usual prices are 250!!!! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVCE I HAVE EVER SEEN !! Shame shame shame !!"

"Clean facility, friendly, helpful staff...and one of the most comfortable beds and pillows ever....surpassing some high end resort hotels! Tried to find the make, because I would buy one. Nice gender neutral scented lotions and soaps, Great hair dryer, and a very nice room! Skip the breakfast, there is a Tim Hortons close . Enjoyed our stay ."

"Not my favorite place to stay. I always have good luck staying at a Hampton Inn until this in particular place. Hotel seems a little outdated but looks like they tried to update it. My room had a weird odor to it, the shower had a dirty wash cloth in the corner, when I turned the shower on to let it warm up I noticed the drain was backed up and the water had lots of hair floating around. Needles to say I passed on taking a shower. There are plenty of places to stay in the area I would highly recommend finding a different place."

"We had a great experience at this hotel! It was clean, the staff was super friendly and moved quickly, the free breakfast was actually delicious, and all of the amenities (pool and gym) were functional and weren’t ever too busy even though we were there on a weekend. Definitely recommend this place as a comfortable place to stay."

"Overall just okay. Not my favorite Hampton inn. The price was high for what we got. Lots of noise from both inside and outside the hotel. Staff did their job. Vending machines don't work. No water offered, or available apparently. My quilt smelled like someone else's butt, but the bathroom was very clean and well stocked. The tub is very weirdly squeaky, and the elevator scared me to death."
