"Avoid this Wyse properties. They tried their best to hold all your deposit. I stayed in their place in Ashley's garden for 1 year, and they took almost all my deposit. In the receipt, they add many items which does not exist at all and charge a unreasonable cleaning fee. We sent them to the court and got half of the deposit back. Holly Wyse's husband even pulls the door of my car to threaten me after the judgment outside the court. If you want your deposit back and not being threatened, stay away from their place. They have Alexander Estate, Ashley's garden, James place near University at Buffalo, and more you can check on their website. Honestly saying, If you are not caring about the deposit and at all, this is a good place. I rate 1 star for that instead of 0."
