"Sam and Alycia are wonderful, very kind, and were quick answer any questions!! My dad works at the Buffalo bisons stadium, which is in walking distance! Beautifully furnished with tons of space! The coolest part about this apartment complex, are the preserved jail sells on the 4th floor! Seriously the best place to live!!"

"I can’t say enough about living here. From the endless coffee, beautiful decorations, gym, amenity space, accessible fenced in dog park, it doesn’t get much better than this. I initially spoke with Samantha and then Alycia. Kudos to both of them—the absolute best! Their response time and assistance with helping me get the whole process going was flawless. They’re both here almost all day long if there is any questions or issues that may arise. There is also Barb who keeps the building looking flawless, it’s impressive with the amount of people living in the building. Overall, my experience has been top notch and I would highly recommend living here."

"This is one of the best apartments I came across as someone who knew nothing about Buffalo and was relocating from another city. The management(specifically Alycia and Sam) is amazing, and was the primary reason why I chose to live here at that time as I could tell they truly cared for tenants and growth of the apartment complex. They make it a point to look to the needs of their tenants but at personal level make sure we all feel at home, and get to know each other by the mixers that are held and casual introductions for new tenants. It is a good community and everyone is friendly. I have lived here since September and was one of the first tenants when the building was undergoing last minute finishing touches. Since that day and now 7 months later, the apartment complex has felt like a home that continued to become more cozy and great to live in. Alycia and Sam make sure they decorate the key areas according to each major holiday that’s upcoming and change the decor often accordingly which makes it refreshing and beautiful! There’s a cozy modern lounge for the residents, coffee/tea sections for the residents, an easy app based entrance system to the building, gym with weights and other essentials, with the entire building giving a historic feel with modern apartments. It being an older Police headquarters and lots of old things preserved makes it a cool place to live in. Alycia and Sam keep us posted on lots of ongoing things in community which as an unaware non-Buffalonian, I very much appreciate. I highly recommend this place!"

"I’ve lived at the Police Apartments for 4 months now. Words can’t describe how impressed I am. Alycia, the property manager, has been nothing short of amazing. She is always willing to go out of her way to ensure you are having an exceptional experience. Additionally, her manager Sam has been fantastic. They always have a friendly face and truly care about the residents. I am new to Buffalo, and have befriended a lot of people in the building. Alycia and Sam build a sense of community by offering resident mixers, communal discounts for restaurants around Buffalo, and are always making introductions when someone new moves in. The apartments are very homey with a modern, but historic feel. Pet friendly and walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Buffalo. The amenity spaces are beautiful and who doesn’t love underground parking?! If I could rate a 6th star, I would. Move into the Police Apartments. You WILL NOT regret it!"

"Lived here since the beginning of February and can’t say enough about this place. Alycia and Samantha have truly made this place feel like a home with all they do for this building. From walking my dog Monty when I’m swamped with work to constantly making sure I’ve adjusted to life here in Buffalo they have gone above and beyond for me. And they consistently look out for all the tenants even at odd hours of the day/week. I can honestly say you won’t find a better place to live downtown that has a better balance of amenities and quiet living."
