"Do not rent from this property unless you want to run into problems. It isn't like it use to be. It has no heat when it's supposed be included with rent, there is a lot of condemn buildings now and there is even pot holes in the driveway. The landlord wants rent with cash app or if you don't do that she won't pick it up and evict you like it was your fault. There is nothing that she fixes. The place will fall apart and she will not care. I had no good running water or heat."
