"I would never rent for wd housing again they are sum lords and they can care less about their tenants and the reason I know is because I rented from them for over 2 years and problems started after a few months after moving in first it was bed bugs and than a rat and 5 months ago it ended up with cockroaches. They talk about their tenants like we are the ones who do bad stuff when in reality they are the ones who don't care. It makes me sick. And we almost had electricity fire from outlet."
"One of the best places that I have rented from. Rent is affordable. I live in a 2 bedroom that would normally go for $800-$900 a month and I’m only paying $650 a month for it. So far I am pretty pleased with where I live so I have nothing bad to say about them and I don’t foresee any problems at all."
