"Dina the property manager was very rude and unprofessional over the phone with me! When I tried to ask if I could talk to someone above her she said in a snotty voice "Well I am the property manager so you'd have to talk to me". As we began talking on the phone more she got very condescending and even hung up on me and tried to say the call got disconnected. If it got disconnected you'd think she'd try to call me back but I was the one that had to call her back. Of course I'd be irritated with her after that. It's not so much what she said but how she talked to me! I don't know how people like her manage properties with lousy attitudes. Awful representation of the company! I reported her to the regional manager immediately!"

"My son and his family live here. 2 bed room, black mold in both bedrooms and a huge amount in bathroom ventilation in bathroom is worthless. Complained, the office send their mr. Fix it come in and told my son to spray it with bleach it will come right off. 1st!!! There are small children in the home, 2nd fix the sources of the problem!!! Noone should be cleaning your mess it's your business. Also don't ask for assistance through social services. park drive manor and s.s work together since parkdrive manor has/is Subsidized housing. Any idea on who to complain to to get fast results?"
