"I lived at the quarry for over a year. Moved because I left the area but I will miss living there immensely. Keisha and other staff were always courtesy and went above their job descriptions to help and maintain the place. I remember one Saturday there was a blizzard and I left for work at 6am. Keisha and her husband and son were all shoveling along with the maintenance staff. When I needed a place to stay she did everything she could to expedite the process. She also mad the bittersweet process of leaving really easy too. A few times I had issues with stuff needing fixing and it was attended to within 24 hrs of filling out a work order. The grounds were always clean and the exercise room is really cool. The location is within walking distance of the hospital and many stores and businesses not to mention the police and fire departments are right across the street along with the library. I was sad to leave but it’s good to know places like this exist."

"Our experience with the Quarry apartments has been awesome. Keshia and her staff are friendly and willing to go above and beyond for anyone as they did for us. We needed a place asap and Keshia made it happen. She is amazing. We love our apartment and the community. Most everything is within walking distance. Very friendly neighbors, a great place to live, and excellent management."

"KEEP YOUR CHILDREN AWAY!!! NOT A SAFE PLACE AT ALL!! THERE ARE VICIOUS DOGS ALWAYS ATTEMPTING TO ATTACK YOU JUST FOR WALKING BY. BUT THEY WILL STAY, AS THEY ARE ESA CERTIFIED. AGAIN, DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!! Awful, terrible place to live. I moved in the last week in November and it has been a nightmare ever since. There's a huge hole in one of my cupboards, which they put up anyway. (pictured) They told me they ordered a new cupboard and I haven't heard anything else about it. My hood fan/vent and intercom didn't work for the first THREE months I lived here. No one ever comes to plow or shovel on the weekends. They provided 4 washers and 4 dryers for 58 units. And the laundry rooms are so gross! Gum and bandaids all over the floors for months and no one cleans it. (pictured) I didn't even have a mailbox until 3 months after living here. They definitely don't care about tenants safety here either. There are HUGE chunks of ice and piles of snow, that fall from 4 stories high, directly in front of the front door everyone comes in and out of. Then, they only shovel a small walkway in the snow pile. Seriously? (pictured) I make my daughter walk right next to me, under my arm/upper body, and we basically run because I'm afraid it will fall while we're under it. Ice chunks and snow piles fall from the other entrances too. This place is a joke. Renters beware!! I'm already moving out! Shortest time I've ever lived anywhere and it was still too long! Update: all 4 washers have been broken for FOUR months now. Our rent also pays for the amenties promised in the lease. They have no problem collecting that rent, in full!"
