"Pert House is idyllic. Perfectly appointed and located walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in town, my stay couldn’t have been better. The room was clean, charming and smelled beautifully upon entering, the bed was comfortable and linens lovely, the amenities are just right…even the light food and beverage options were great. I even enjoyed the common area for a glass of wine in the evening. I’ll stay here again and again! Thank you, Pert House. You’re just what Potsdam needed."
"It is a quiet and small hotel with a historic vibe. The property is remotely managed, (i.e. a worker comes clean and brings necessary groceries, and drip coffee is made automatically at 07:00 am). There is no receptionnoffice. You enter with a code provided to you after booking. I came for business and stayed for 4 days. The room was well equipped and very nice and large. The bed was somewhat too soft. However, other than that, I had a great stay."
"Beautifully restored B&B from 1860’s. Our room (Hickory Suite) was wonderful! Very comfy beds, great decor and super clean! Yummy continental breakfast, too! Would 100% recommend! ❤️"

I've been visiting friends and family in the North Country for 40 years now and there is no better place to stay. Charming, up to date, comfortable beds, great showers, wonderful hosts, great location in downtown Potsdam. Far superior to any other option in Potsdam, Canton or Ogdensburg. You will not be disappointed. This place is a gem."
