"First trip to Potsdam, and The Clarkson, definitely made the trip. Spent three nights with zero issues. Breakfast was good, place was quiet. And good parking. The evening desk attendant was amazing. We will definitely stay at the Clarkson again if we can!"
"The room was clean and comfortable and the inn itself was lovely. Kassia and Matthew provided excellent customer service. I left some belongings there and when "ILEFTMYSTUFF" had a technical issue they personally mailed my belongings back and stayed in touch with me the entire time."
"Good location. A nice way to get to college without having to wake up at 2am to make the drive. NOT wheelchair accessible. There are no elevators for public use, if there are elevators at all. Please keep this in mind!!"
"Rooms are spacious and clean - nothing extraordinary, but the price makes sense for what they are. Location is excellent and everything you’d want to see is within walking distance. Front desk staff were extremely accommodating and kind. The evening employee suggested fun events going on around town that evening and was very kind. The morning employee had breakfast ready at 6am sharp and even jump started our vehicle so we could head out on time. The service of the employees is what earned this five star review. Thanks again!"
