"Don Borsh is an excellent estate agent. I found him to be knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the selling process well and answered my questions clearly. He kept me up to date with what was going on with the eventual buyers. He even stated that the house would sell within six months; it sold within three. Before listing the house, he made a few simple recommendations for me to do, which I did. Then he went above and beyond what one would expect of an agent. At the beginning he noticed that the landing to entrance of the basement was a bit spongy, so he brought his own tools and plywood to reinforce it. On the day of the final walk through of my house, due to a personal commitment, my cleaner had to back out at the last minute. Panicking, because I was at work, I called Don. He told me to remove some items that I still had lying around and then he came over and did about 80% of the cleaning, including the bathrooms. (I cleaned the other 20%). Finally I got more money for the house than I expected. I highly recommend Don."
