"It's actually impressive how disgusting this building is. The floors have literally never been cleaned, there's more black on this white tile than there is white The elevator is broken every other day. Would be a shame if someone made an ADA claim - did you know that even if they fix it, if it's breaking every week that that can still get them fined? Because it's clear they aren't maintaining it? The laundry facilities have 4 washers, ago which all four are broken. And they're on the very top floor of the building so you have to climb all the stairs (because the elevator never works) to find that out The one cool thing about living in this building is you get to hear all the different ways people can scream at their children in the halls, never knew there were so many different ways to mess a kid up!"
"Lived here for about a 1.5 years. Not the fanciest place but the rent is cheap and the neighbors are polite."
