"Service manager was rude and unprofessional. I brought a non working Milwaukee hackzall in to inquire about the warranty and or to be repaired. The service manager laughed and stated “they’re not going to warranty that!!” Proceeded to quote me $159 plus tax to repair the tool. I declined. I asked how the warranty process worked and he gave me a claim ticket to send it in myself. FW Webb another local Milwaukee distributor sent the tool in for me and it was covered under warranty and back to me within 2 weeks. The service manager lacks professionalism and customer service skills."
