"Only giving 1 star because my items that were dropped off came back clean. Very poor customer service. Dropped off three items and was told I’d receive a phone call when they were done. A few days go by with no call, so I reach out and their phone mailbox is full and not accepting calls. I go there to check the status of my items and the sign says open but doors are locked. Eventually someone comes and unlocks the door. My items were not dry cleaned at this facility, but at another location. Who I assume is the manager/owner was picking up items and bringing them to this location in her personal vehicle while SMOKING in the car with the cleaned items. Just terrible. Then come to find out half of my items weren’t even ready and I’d have to return. Waited again for a phone call with no luck and decided to just show up and see if they were ready. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will be doing dry cleaning elsewhere after how my items were treated so poorly and I wasn’t given the same service as I was told."
