"When we went there was a sign posted stating that someone had stolen their change dispenser so have your own change or see attendant if available. We had our own change already so wasn't a problem. Black ice in parking lot but was sand covered so not to slippery. It is winter in NY. Overall experience inside was as it should be. Clothes washed and dried as they should."
"I’d like to start off how discussing how the floors are , theirs a bunch of rude signs in the whole laundromat. The bathroom is no longer open to the public not once do you actually see any employees their to even use the bathroom. The prices to wash your laundry are totally outrageous but I’m glad the dryers stayed $0.25 . Just never going back to do laundry their again . An the prices for the snacks are ridiculous also . Do better"
"I just left there. The place is filthy and doesn't look like it has been cleaned in a month. Used dryer sheets everywhere, on the floor, in the carts, on the tables and chairs, in the dryers. Dirt and dust everywhere. The floor mats are covered in dirt, lint, etc. Tops and insides of some of the machines are dirty.The place has security cameras, so they HAVE to know. It used to be very clean and a decent place to do laundry. Not anymore. I will not be returning, and I won't recommend it to anyone"
"I would have liked to see a ramp into the place, to make it both handicap accessible, and easier to drag a wheeled cart full of laundry! The stairs make it a little rough. I also would have liked more chairs in the establishment. This is a place where a lot of people sit and wait for their laundry. Many people went to sit in their cars, because there just wasn't anyplace to sit. Other than that, was pleased! I will be coming back."
