"Paid 10k cash for new furnace. Have had problems every year for the past 6years. Last time furnace stopped working I got upset snapped on their employee. Furnace just stopped working last week again. Called them and they basically told me to not to call them anymore because I was rude to there employee. So 400$ later I have heat no thanks to Patrick heating. It shouldn't have cost me anything. Oh when and the repair man who fixed my furnace for the 8th time found parts in my new furnace that didn't even go with the furnace."
