"A great job . I needed the tub drain gizmo (whatever it is called ) replacing because it was stuck closed and I also had an aging leaky faucet . Called other plumbers but too busy for an appointment other than “when we get a chance “. Kevin returned my call promptly and came next day . The tub drain device was so old that modern standards parts did not fit . So , Kevin performed “surgery “ and used a combination of old and new . Then ordered new faucet and shower head that fit existing fixtures . A very pleasant company to deal with ."

"Had the experience of working with Kevin to install underground pipes at our property by Chautaqua lake. He was extremely generous to come so far and on short notice. Kevin was very professional and willing to coordinate work with our contractor, digger, and the inspector. Prices were very reasonable compared to other estimates we obtained. "The contactor took a shortcut to seal the exterior foundation when a water main was installed. They tried using spray foam when hydraulic cement and tar was on premises and available. In the last six months they refuse to come back and repaired properly stating they don’t want to spend valuable money digging up the ground to be repaired properly. Stating that spray foam generally works. They optimal word there is generally works but not in all cases and they category"

"Good diagnosis, good work, good price, good communication before, during, and after. Kevin did a major plumbing job in our old house, and we liked his work. I'm sure we will be calling him again for other jobs. A Plus is very professional, and I prefer them to the other plumbers I've used in the Fredonia-Dunkirk area. About the negative review above - sheesh - everyone makes mistakes."

"Used Kevin from A Plus Plumbing to help when my building was not winterized properly and we had several (5 or more) broken pipes. He's fast and he does things right the first time. Maybe this is where the other reviewer ("A Plus gets a grade of "F") ran into his or her situation: I can see Kevin not wanting to do a repair unless he knows it'll be fixed for good. He's not the guy to call for cheap, patch repairs...but when he does something you know you won't have to worry about it."
