"Literally extortion. Failed me on an inspection for my brakes that have less than 15,000 miles on them. I've worked as a mechanic for 10 years. They are fine. Then proceeded to charge me for the entire inspection price, and would only accept cash (so I couldn't file a fraud claim through VISA). This is illegal. You can only charge for the portion of the inspection that is failed. It's said that mechanics get such a terrible name from people like this that take advantage of people they "think" don't know anything about cars. There are some good ones out there but this ain't it. Follow up: After going literally down the street, the mechanic there said it was a common occurrence and they had people come in all the time with the same story. Passed with flying colors on my "dangerous brakes" that were 20k miles old."

"It's a great place, Glenn has worked on a few of my vehicles, a Ford Escape: transmission and transfer case. He did a awesome job on that, had absolutely no issues after he replaced it. The price was amazingly!! He also did a lift kit on my Dodge Ram 1500, and also fixed my dual exhaust I had put on by another shop that were no where near straight, Glenn cut and rewelded everything, again he did a great job, price was way cheaper than other quotes I had. Those are the big jobs he did on my vehicles, he has also done alot of other work as well for me!! I highly recommend him. He pays attention, talks about all the issues with you before he does the work, he is honest and straight forward. Glenn is the go to guy!! We are lucky to have him in the Fredonia area!! "My dad owns his own automotive repair shop in Niagara Falls and I'm always looking for a home town guy like him to help with car troubles while I'm away at school in Fredonia. I knew my car was leaking antifreeze and only needed someone to take a look at it for me and tell me whether I could make it home or I had to get it towed. The guy (owner I'm assuming) who helped me listened to everything I said even though I don't look like I should know anything about cars. He pressurized the coolant system and pointed out the leak in my radiator. When I asked him what he thought I should do he didn't try to sell me anything he just told me what a radiator normally costs and even offered to call a tow for me if I needed it. I won't hesitate to bring my car to him from now on! Great, honest, and friendly small business!"
