"I was on vacation & 20 minutes before we were going to head back to Michigan on Sunday Morning, I noticed my tire was completely flat. I went to a tire place around the corner next to Save A Lot. The mechanics there were just sitting on the ground talking.And the assistant manager was rude and said they were busy working in a vehicle while again, they were sitting on the ground with no car in the garage. I asked for my keys and tire back & went to B&S. As soon as we walked in the door, an older gentleman asked us what was going on, with a nice "good morning" greeting, immediately took a look, and within 20 minutes had my tire ready and he even took off the donut, placed it back where it belongs, and got us out of there quick as he knew we were in a hurry to get back home. As I brought the tire in, I just assumed he would hand it back to us & we would put it back on, but that was not the case here. I was super impressed and happy with the service we received here. I 100% recommend & would send anyone to this business."

"Called and got price for four tires over the phone… priced 8 locations total. Dan at B&S was the cheapest at $474.14. Ordered and scheduled the installation - even offered to pay in advance to which they politely declined. Went for the installation at 9am and had already told them I had to get my wife to the doctor for 1030am. They got me right in and got to work… all four new tires installed by 9:20am… GREAT SERVICE thank you. Time to pay… total $747.14… an additional $273.00. I caught it before leaving, and we chalked it up to a mis speak, because he didn’t write it down. I recommend getting a printed price before committing to purchasing future tires. Other quotes I had gotten prior were: $532.80 $558.60 $587.65 $642.88 $730.90 $758.71 $801.40 Left there ahead of schedule… but with a very different gait."
