"I brought my very nervous 40 lb hound named Lucy to Louise for a nail trim. Lucy is extremely nervous outside of our house and yard. I adopted her a few months ago and this was the first time I had to take her, other than to her vet , in a public building. Louise gently took her into her grooming room. Lucy was not happy and put up a battle and pooped on her grooming table. Louise was very professional, gentle with Lucy, got her nails done and was not concerned with the poop at all even though I was very embarrassed. She even said Lucy could come back."

Louise even pointed out an issue with ingrown hairs in my dogs ear and taught us what to look for to avoid issues. The dogs Love her and so do we!!"
