"Contacted them months ago and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they could see my dog. For reference my dog went blind pretty rapidly with no warning so I was looking for places that could do cataract surgery and a bunch of places wouldn't even be able to see me until 2024 for just the consultation. I needed to work under faster conditions. Unfortunately this place is nearly 3 hours away from me so it wasn't the ideal location. But they did the consult and a week later the surgery. I can say from October to now that my dog is doing much better. Her eye sight returned almost immediately and she's able to be a dog without having the unfortunate issue of blindness. It was expensive but well worth it for quality of life for my dog. And they're always willing to take my call and send me medications through the mail without me having to drive hours to get a refill."

"I was so anxious and nervous awaiting this appointment for my pug Olive. By the time I left I wished I hadn’t worried so much but that’s difficult when it’s not only your pet but Emotional Support Dog as well. When I first noticed the cloudiness in her one eye I was devastated and thought the worst. After the appointment with Dr Mineo and her staff, I was put at ease. They were very supportive, kind and empathetic and even gave me a summary that was written so that I could understand everything that went on. I now have a plan going forward that I am Very pleased with. What an amazing place and staff."

Dr. Mineo is super nice, explains everything thoroughly and answers every question without rushing you. I called a few times after the surgery with questions and spoke with Alex often, SO HELPFUL and SO SWEET!!! You can tell they truly care. I can’t recommend them enough."
