"fell outside the store near the ice machine. realized they do not have any lights near the front entrance that help customers/employees have visibility in the parking lot especially since it gets darker earlier this time of the year. another customer walking in helped me up and told me those lights have not worked in years...so sad!!"
"On October 13th at 8:30 pm, I came here to make a $1000 dollars of money order, and I know the limit per person is $2900. Andrew was at the register, and he is also the manager. He was very rude and told me he could only do $500 because it's late at night. I was like, but the limit is $2900. He replied "well I'm the manager, and I make the rules here."Very poor customer service. I don't think I can ever come here again. Hope someone takes my complaint seriously. Thank you."
"The phone just rings! I went to fill my prescription yesterday went to the pharmacy because they’re open until nine just to find out that they’re closed at 12 o’clock in the afternoon? At least update those hours on Google if you plan on not having staff to fill that. I feel like this is a running issue with the store anyway. Then I called the pharmacy twice today no answer I called the front desk no answer you’re going to lose customers because of this this is unacceptable! Amongst the other issues that I have with this store location they always never have my prescription filled it takes days or they never seem to get the right information."
"I’ve tried calling this pharmacy for weeks to see if a script is filled and the phone just rings, when I go there in person I hear the phone ringing non stop! Corporate you need to hire more staff bc your losing customers bc your too cheap to hire someone to answer the phone! I don’t get alerts any more either on my cell bc your text is broken also so how am I to know when my medications are filled? Cheap cheap cheap! Switching to wegmans where they answer the phone after one ring! Zero stars for rite aide! I bet you will be out of business within 5 years!"
"Love my Rite Aid! Staff is always friendly and helpful! Pharmacy staff is always extremely helpful as my husband has many many prescriptions to fill. The pharmacists are always there to answer my questions. My husband was able to receive his Covid vaccine there also. He is afraid of needles and he said pharmacist Rich did a superb job!"
