"WOW! The review(er)s weren't lying! This UPS Store is amazing! It's not just like day vs night compared to the UPS Store (176-25 Union Tpke) across St. John's university... it's more like Heaven vs Hell. This UPS Store was clean, neat, inviting, front & back entrances, very polite and patient workers ... with a 24 hour front section for office/copy work, mail boxes, an Amazon locker pick-up, and a parking lot in the rear. Very happy with my first visit ... had to drop off my Spectrum hardware and didn't even have to ask for a receipt! (the 176-25 union Tpke UPS Store apparently doesn't believe in receipts ... wonder why they apparently lose a lot of packages... hmm) This UPS Store in Oakland Gardens is definitely worth the extra travel time and there's public transit access only feet away if you don't have a car."
"So glad there’s an UPS store in my neighborhood. I used to drive more than a mile away to the nearest UPS store. Very convenient to drop off packages from my house. The staff are very friendly and professional. Also they are open 7 days! Huge parking lot in the back as well."

"Staffs are very friendly and helped me pack my box. Very convenient location as well. Highly recommend this UPS store. They have doors in front and back (at parking lot). Update: Sent my first international package here, the staffs were very patient answering inquiries and very quick in communication (email & phone call). The package arrived exactly on time. Various size shipping boxes, tapes, bubble mailers, other supplies are sold here"
