"Drop off is easy when you already boxed and taped label. Moderate busy store so short wait in line when you need assistance to prepare package for you. Most people either double park or park at handicap spot for quick drop off because limited parking in front of store. You do find parking walking distance away."
"Karan and Rahul are amazing at what they do. Always a smile on their faces and helping everyone out. Even an easy transaction like dropping off an Amazon box, they help you out And always are very warming and welcoming"
"The worst customer service ever. UPS was empty I came in with a package. Not knowing that I would have to prepack it myself. It was prepaid already The gentleman at the desk with the turban told me. You have to pack this yourself we can't take it. Not once did he offer me a box to pack it in. I thought that was their job to sell boxes. He dismissed me totally and said you have to bring it back. I would have bought a box had it been offered.. Never again"
"very sarcastic employee ,I left 4 boxes 3 were ups 1 was fedex . when i realized my mistake the next day i went back, no one knew anything about it and told me they probably threw it away. The other employee thought that was very funny. It was an expensive item and still shows no tracking on fedex. I will never use that location again."
